COMPANY: A general mechanical engineering company, founded in 1978, specialising in the purchase and machining of foundry roughs and mechanical assemblies for railway, industrial and agricultural markets. Our expertise as mechanical engineers specialising in machining foundry roughs is fundamental to our activities. Over more than 30 years we have accumulated the savoir faire needed to satisfy the special requirements of casting machining. We have developed other skills around our core activity of mechanical engineering: mechanical welding, painting, assembly, etc. This enables us to supply our customers with assemblies and sub-assemblies that can be used directly in their own workshops. OUR CAPACITIES: - more than 100,000 hours of production annually - approximately 8,000 m2 covered area - more than 40 CNC machines - more than 80,000 products supplied annually INDUSTRIALISATION: Based on our customers?? integration drawings and delivery programmes we offer: - Project management using Ms-project - Machining and welding jig design using Missler CAD - Jig and special machining tool manufacturing in our general mechanical engineering unit - CAD/CAM machine programming - Production of standard parts and approval pilot production items - Creation of F.A.I. quality presentation files - Autonomous maintenance of our machines PURCHASING AND PROCUREMENT: The figures: - We purchase over 8 million Euros worth of castings and mechanical components annually. - Our supplier list comprises approximately 20 foundries, 50 suppliers and 25 subcontractors throughout Europe. - 40% of our purchases are imported. - Castings represent more than 4,500 tonnes annually. - Our storage warehouse capacity is more than 2,500 m2.
